Jerry Warren, CGA  - A resident of Hawaii since 1993 and a resident of the Big Island since 2000, Jerry is licensed to appraise both Commercial and Residential real estate. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds an inactive Hawaii Real Estate License.  Jerry is very familiar with all market areas of the island and has appraised over 10,000 properties, valued in excess of $4.3 Billion, on the Island of Hawaii. With over 25 years of experience in the business, educational, and real estate industries, Jerry possesses the experience, knowledge, and attitude to ensure the appraisals produced by the company are not only timely and accurate, but are delivered with the highest level of customer service.

Brandon Brauher, SLA  - Born and raised on the Big Island since 2000, Brandon is licensed to appraise residential real estate.  Brandon is very familiar with all market areas of the island and started appraising properties in 2012.
